GETTING THE MARKET IN PERSPECTIVE
When property entrepreneur John Jarvis decided to launch a new Company in the house building sector he knew RedMoran was the agency to choose.

John had previously worked with RedMoran when he was Sales and Marketing Director at Elite Homes Group so knew the capability of the team and the results that would be delivered given RedMoran"s wide Client base and knowledge of the property sector.

RedMoran Director Amanda Dagg takes up the story, "John has a successful property rental and sales business called The Home Supermarket. He wanted to set up a new business specifically focused on developers so we believed a new brand to sit alongside The Home Supermarket was the right way to go. This brand needed to talk to developers in a tone of voice they can relate to and offer a range of services including sales tactics, staff for sites and advice on marketing strategy. The result of our recommendations is The Property Perspective. The brand was launched at the New Homes" Forum in October and is already delivering results for brands both small and large including Stewart Milne, Bellway, Persimmon, Urban Regen, Ladson Construction and Charles Topham Group.

RedMoran has produced a new website, complete stationery suite and a substantial brochure to work within the new strategy to promote the brand in 2010.
