At RedMoran we are proud of our relationship with award-winning developer August Blake. Having conceived the Company name and worked with this Client for over 11 years we are delighted to announce our involvement in August Blake’s international division in the Bahamas.

Palm Cay is a 400 unit gated residential community centred on one of the largest marinas in the Bahamas. The development, on the south eastern shores of New Providence, has a wide variety of property types including lots for sale, townhouses, condos (or apartments for our British audience!) and slips. It will feature The Governor’s Club which is a private members and residents only restaurant and bar with private swimming pools and stunning landscaped gardens overlooking the white sand beach.

RedMoran Director Amanda Dagg explains, “We will be producing a new brochure for the development alongside marketing material for the old and new airport terminals. It is a superb project and we are very pleased to be involved. So far we’ve been liaising with Virtual Planit in Altrincham who are delivering a vast collection of 3D models and CGI’s for Palm Cay alongside marketing partners at Nassau International Airport and Real Estate Agents in the Bahamas…we are quite bitten by the international bug!”
