SONAR CONTINUES TO SUPPORT TAYLOR WIMPEY |
SONAR is an in-house demographic modelling tool developed by RedMoran to support forward thinking brands understand their market-place. Taylor Wimpey continues to utilise SONAR in respect of profiling areas where land has already been purchased and where potential purchases of land may be made. SONAR gives indices of current market trends, house prices and prospective purchasers, giving Taylor Wimpey a full market analysis and an insight to potential development sites.
RedMoran pride themselves in being able to expedite the production of these reports quickly enabling the Client to fully understand the demographic profile of an area and its market place. Other Clients who have utilised SONAR include Beck Homes, Crosby Lend Lease, Charles Topham, Shell Oil and Gala Bingo.

NEW PR ACCOUNT FOR REDMORAN |
RedMoran’s hard work and new Client meetings at the start of the New Year is beginning to pay off! Having previously met with Beck Homes at the end of last year, RedMoran were asked to draft, produce and get sign off from four different parties on a media strategy announcing the exciting news of a new development at Primrose Village in Clitheroe.
The plans for the development will be announced in phases over a 10 year time span but the initial planning permission request is for 25 mixed use homes with Beck Homes and Contour Homes as joint applicants, being short listed for Kickstart funding under the HCA. A further 25 homes with 6 of these being discounted homes and a further 19 for the open market are also planned. RedMoran successfully achieved full sign off from all parties in a very short space of time and submitted the article to the relevant publication – a great start to building a strong relationship between local press, Client and RedMoran! |
