CLIMBING UP THE LADDER
With Government spending cuts in full force and our housing stock on its knees we are pleased to be working on a direct marketing campaign for our Client, Housing Ladder.

The ethos of Housing Ladder is to work with Local Authorities, Land Owners, Investment Funds and private individuals to develop and implement social housing strategies. Our role in this campaign is to design a direct mail campaign to Independent Financial Advisers and provide them with the key facts about the investment opportunity Housing Ladder offers. The requirement for the communication is short, simple messages that will engage with the financial sector to encourage them to find out more.

The mailing and e-shot will be going out during September.
THE PROPERTY PERSPECTIVE
RedMoran has been working with The Property Perspective since its inception and recently the two companies have developed their working relationship further. We have produced a series of Property Perspective advertising templates for the Company to use in association with their smaller developer Clients.

PROJECT KITCHENS UPDATE
Our PR campaign for Project Kitchens is developing nicely with several journalist meetings lined up both in Manchester and London. The Client is attending SieMatics annual House Fair in Germany and will be able to update key media on new trends and product styling following this. Also in the mix is the next newsletter for the brand which will go out mid September.
